- App usage data including which content was viewed
- Prayer requests submitted through the app (if feature is enabled)
Church clients are the data controller for all congregant data collected through the church app. JAC Collective processes this data solely as a data processor on behalf of the church client. Church clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from their app users and for maintaining a compliant privacy policy for the app presented to their congregants.
2.4 — Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including social media platforms (when you grant us account access), payment processors such as Stripe, and analytics providers. We use this information only as permitted by those platforms and in accordance with this policy.

- To process payments and manage billing through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support

- To manage paid advertising campaigns on client-approved platforms
- To operate and maintain the white-label church app for subscribed clients

4.1 — Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who help us deliver our services, including:

- Zoho One — CRM, contracts, email, accounting
- Dialpad — business phone communications
- Twilio — SMS/MMS notification delivery for the church app
- Firebase / Google Cloud — church app backend infrastructure
- Netlify — website hosting
- AgencyAnalytics — client-facing analytics reporting
- Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat — social media platforms where content is posted or ads are managed on your behalf
All service providers are required to use your information only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
4.2 — Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of JAC Collective, our clients, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. - Sermon recordings and other media files submitted for editing are retained for ninety (90) days after the applicable clips are delivered. After that period, source files are deleted from our systems unless you have requested otherwise.
- Congregant contact data collected through the church app is returned to the client or deleted within ten (10) business days of account termination upon written request.
- Website visitor data (server logs) is retained for up to twelve (12) months.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously and implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data. Our security measures include:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all website communications
- Stripe-managed payment processing — we never store full credit card numbers on our systems
- Access controls limiting which Company personnel can access client data
- Secure cloud infrastructure through Netlify, Firebase, and Google Cloud

11. SMS/MMS Communications — TCPA Notice
If you or your congregants receive SMS or MMS messages through the JAC Collective church app notification system, the following terms apply:
- All SMS/MMS recipients must have opted in to receive messages through the church app or another compliant opt-in mechanism controlled by the client church.
- The client church is responsible for maintaining TCPA-compliant opt-in records for all congregants receiving text messages.
- Message frequency varies based on church settings. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.
JAC Collective is not liable for any TCPA violation arising from a client church's use of the SMS/MMS feature where the church has failed to obtain proper opt-in consent from its congregants.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. We will notify existing clients of material changes by email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will always be posted on our website at jaccollectiveco.com with a revised effective date.
