Common Questions
What's included in the 3-month minimum?
All tiers require a 3-month commitment at signup. This gives your church enough runway to see real results from consistent content. After 3 months, it's fully month-to-month — no long-term contract, cancel or change plans anytime with 30 days notice.
Is the ad spend included in the monthly price?
No. Your tier price covers JAC's production, management, and strategy. Your ad budget goes directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.) and is set by you. JAC's management of those campaigns is bundled — there is no extra management fee on top of your tier.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. After your initial 3-month minimum, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect the cycle after that. Contact us to initiate the change.
What does the discovery call look like?
We'll spend 30–45 minutes learning about your church's goals, current digital presence, and communication needs. There's no pitch or pressure — just a real conversation. You'll also receive a free professionally edited clip from a recent sermon to see the quality of our work firsthand.
